Final Book Theme Decision:
For my book, I will be creating tea time invitations, which will hold one to two photos and a time to meet for tea. The time given will correspond to a number of another photo placed inside of a tea box. This photo/photos will be the unedited versions with a hand written note themed after the idea of embracing natural beauty. The content is victorian era based with modern elements and ideas.
I will decorate the envelope invitations and tea box with an elegant and natural aesthetic. Florals, ribbon, and possible wax seals are all designs that will go into creating the envelopes.I want the box and envelopes to have a very period feel to them. The concept as a whole is somewhat performative. Six people will be receiving envelopes. These envelopes will then require them to come receive new images from the tea box. I will use 4x6 prints with silk photographic paper to give a more nostalgic and vintage feel.
